All appraisals must read GLM Mortgage Company as the client name, further, all appraisals are paid C.O.D. to the appraisal directly.

GLM Mortgage Company will not authorize payment of any appraisal without a check from the borrower in the amount of the appraisal invoice. Any loan officer who orders an appraisal him or herself will be fully responsible for any charges incurred resulting from said order, further, any outstanding invoices shall be deducted from any proceeds due him or her.
